Custom CNC Cutting Services

Rack Theory runs precision CNC cutting out of South Georgia. Ten years of working with PVC and sheet materials, a shop built around tight tolerances, and a background in reptile enclosure manufacturing that most cutting shops simply don't have. If you need something cut clean and cut right, this is the place.

What We Cut

We work primarily with PVC foam board, acrylic, and select sheet materials. Custom panels, enclosure parts, rack components, ventilation screens, dividers, sign blanks, display pieces, templates, jigs, and small production runs. If it's flat stock that needs precision cutting, send it over and we'll tell you if we can run it.

We accept DXF, SVG, AI, EPS, PDF, and CAD files. No design file yet? Send us measurements, a rough sketch, photos, or a description of what you're trying to make and we'll let you know what's possible.

Built for Reptile Keepers

Most CNC cutting shops don't know the difference between a tub slot and a ventilation panel. We do. Rack Theory's entire product line is built from PVC — we cut it every day, we understand how it behaves, and we know what a clean reptile enclosure part needs to look like when it comes off the machine.

Custom rack parts, enclosure panels, substrate barriers, dividers, ventilation screens, tub inserts, habitat accessories — if it's a reptile application that needs precision PVC cutting, we're the right shop for it.

Built for Local Businesses

South Georgia businesses that need clean, repeatable cuts without outsourcing to a large production facility. Signs, retail displays, booth pieces, branded shapes, templates, product samples, small batch runs. Fast turnaround, local accountability, no minimum order requirements on most projects.

How It Works

1. Send us your project. Design file, measurements, material details, and quantity. If you don't have a file, describe what you need and we'll work from there.

2. We review it. We'll confirm whether the project is a fit for our equipment and materials and let you know if anything needs to be adjusted before cutting.

3. You get a quote. Pricing is based on material, design complexity, cut time, setup, and quantity. No surprises.

4. We cut it. Once approved, your project gets cut and prepared for local pickup or shipping.

Important Notes

All projects are reviewed before approval. Custom-cut items are final sale — no returns or refunds once a project is approved and cut. Rack Theory reserves the right to decline projects that aren't a fit for our equipment, materials, or production schedule.
