Built to order
Every Core and Glow rack is built after your order is placed. This keeps production clean and helps us ship the right rack, tubs, heat tape, and hardware for your setup.
Ships within 1 week
Rack orders are expected to ship within 1 week. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated.
Flat-packed
Racks ship unassembled to keep shipping practical and affordable. Assembly is required with a Phillips screwdriver.
Built to order, shipped smart.
We keep the process simple: build the rack, pack it flat, ship it ground, and give you the parts needed to assemble your setup.

You choose your rack, tub setup, and product options. Your order enters our build queue.
Rack built
Your PVC rack is cut, prepared, packed with tubs, heat tape, casters, and assembly hardware.
Flat-packed
The rack is packed unassembled so it can ship by ground instead of expensive freight whenever possible.
Ground shipped
Your rack ships by ground to the lower 48. Orders over $200 qualify for free ground shipping.
Assembly time
When your rack arrives, follow the included assembly guidance and use a Phillips screwdriver to build your setup.
Flat-packed doesn’t mean complicated.
Your rack arrives unassembled to keep shipping more practical. You’ll need a Phillips screwdriver, a clean workspace, and a little time to put your rack together.
The main pieces are included.
Each rack includes the rack parts, ARS semi-clear tubs, 6 inch heat tape, casters, and assembly hardware.
Fully assembled shipping is different.
By default, racks ship flat-packed. We may be able to ship fully assembled racks on a pallet, but pallet freight is usually expensive and typically starts around $600 or more.
Fully assembled racks usually require pallet freight, which is typically $600 or more. For most customers, flat-packed ground shipping is the better option.
If something arrives damaged, contact us.
We pack orders carefully, but shipping damage can happen. If your rack arrives damaged, contact us and we’ll work with you to make things right.
Photograph the packaging, damaged area, and any affected rack parts.
